In my 1st building i cannot say that its quite at night because it is along the highway, but i have another building at the back which is 80-100meters away from the road, i have 4 rooms there that i can assure it is a quite place..

The best thing the owners
The friendly owners... even taht I stay 5 minutes in the front door looking for someone.... good aircon
Small room, bad mattress... lots of ants from toilet door to exit door its seems their house... Value for money so bad... anyway i think it was my mistake choosing panglao as a place to visit.

Budget Room
They rented motorcycle and helmet for a reasonable price. They can also take you to port or airport for a price. Food at walking distance (Sicilian restaurant, local food). Cheap bread nearby. Ask for hot water and a cup from the owner. A working water heater in the shower. There was a veranda with a fence, and a wash basin there. Fence can be locked so it quite safe. Motor can be parked in front of your room.
Location actually pretty far from any tourist attraction. Sewerage stinks came up from the sink holes. Have to close toilet door so the stinks won't go into the room. AC machine so loud, but we can't turn it off, cause weather is too hot. It's not as spacious as I thought it would be. No telephone in the room. Two bars of small soaps, no shampoo, no toothbrush, only towels. Bugs and gecko might come in, close door and window at all time.
